with the delighted recipients of David Beach Trophies at the Somerset Fellowship of Drama award ceremony

Tony Pomeroy received the Award for  Best Musical Direction 'Oklahoma'

'The adjudicator said of the music........ 'The opening chords of the overture immediately confirmed the quality of the orchestra's playing as it was a lovely full sound. Musically the band never missed a beat and thier playing was well controlled to allow unamplfied voices to be heard without us having to struggle
 

Dannielle Redmond recieved the Best 'female in a supporting role' award for her role as
'Ado Annie' 'Oklahoma'

 The adjudicator said of 'Ado Annie'........ Your character was full of the comedy that was needed. You also provided some lovely vocal work and business. At all times you were bright and breezy and looked so right. We could easily understand that you would be happy to settle down with Will.... or Ali... or, well we just enjoyed everything you did'
 

Also nominated for awards in 'Oklahoma' were 

Best Male performance .......Matt Bell  as 'Curly'
Best Female performance.......Gemma Coombs as 'Laurey'
Best Male in a supporting role....... Dean Brammell as 'Will Parker'

'Oklahoma'  also received

A highly commended certificate for  Chorus

'Oklahoma' was also nominated for

Best Sound
Best Show stopper ... the song 'Oklahoma'
